1.  Is Bar Fruit a gay bar?

Not at all - however if you have a problem with drinking in a bar that welcomes everybody, maybe it's not the place for you

2.  How come you have such a range of drinks?

A.  Because we can. We are not a chain who buy all their stock from a central source.  We can buy what we want when we want.  In fact if you want us to stock something you like, just ask and we'll try and sort it out for you

3.  What is your dress policy?

A.  Smart casual is the order of the day.  Be honest you know if you are dressed appropriately!  Football and rugby shirts are appropriate for football and rugby matches, however don't be upset if you are not allowed in on a Friday or Saturday night.  It's nothing personal - it's just what we feel is appropriate.

4.  Can I hire the venue for a party?

A.  The answer is yes and no.  We can give exclusive hire of downstairs Sunday to Thursday but not since launching the 150 club on a Friday or Saturday. However you can buy passes for downstairs in advance.  Speak to the guys behind the bar or ring 01202 540065 and ask for Mick
